• Respond to corporate client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
• Handle claim inquiries & follow-ups, including :
  - Coordinating with TPA and internal claim teams
  - Monitoring claim status
  - Updating clients on claim progress
  - Assisting in claim document completion
• Manage complaints and escalations
• Monitor and ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance
• Provide benefit explanations & service support to corporate HR PICs
• Coordinate with : Hospitals and healthcare providers, TPAs, Underwriting and Claims departments, Account management teams
